Definitivamente italiano. La mexicanización de la pizza es todo un tema en Guadalajara, por eso este lugar es especial, conserva su propio sabor de origen italiano y trata de brindar desde allí una buena experiencia a quien lo visita. Se trata de pizzas en horno de leña muy delgadas con una masa muy ligera y muy bien preparadas, tienen la cantidad justa de cada ingrediente. Su selección de ingredientes es muy completa y de buena calidad. En pocos lugares de Guadalajara podrá usted comer una pizza auténtica como la que sirve Enzo, es un pequeño tesoro escondido de la ciudad. El servicio es rápido y la atención de sus dueños es excelente. 100% recomendado

This is without doubt the best Pizza with the same flavor of Italy prepared by an Italian in Guadalajara, I Highly recommend the Napoli one, as it's prepared with Italian import anchovies but the 4 formaggio one, was also very well balanced in the cheese and not greasy at all The pizza is delicious and very well flavoured, just like the ones they serve in Italy, also I recommend their Italian wines. Incredible Enzo and his wife!! Well done

So I have been coming here for three years and I have never had any problems or inconvenience with the service. They serve thin crust pizza with a wide variety of toppings which you could make your own if you'd like. Only recently they have started accepting credit cards for payment so that's nice. Not only do they offer pizza but you can op for Lasagna or even Calzones. I believe the authenticity exists here as it's created by its owner who never fails to put a smile on your face and great pizzas out.

La pizza 4 formaggi es increíblemente deliciosa para los que nos gustan los sabores fuertes, los quesos son de otro planeta. La pizza es ligera nada de kilos de masa vale cada centavo acompañado de un buen vino!!! La música súper bonita, el personal ni se diga y el tiramisú delicioso. Vendré siempre que viaje a Guadalajara. Aceptan pago con tarjeta y puedes hacer tus pedidos para pasar por ellos al establecimiento.
